Maybe??

Well I think that Huck and Jim are sometimes the same but also very different in some ways. Huck and Jim are similar because they are both running away from something. Huck is running away from Pap and Jim is running away so that he does not get sold. They are different because of their age difference and also because of the backgrounds of how they grew up. They think differently about family. Huck keeps running away from the widow and Jim wants to find his family. Even though they have these differences, they get along very well. They talk about everything on the raft.

  2. i agree that Jim and Huck are getting closer. But do you ever think what if they go back home. Will they still be that close and will they still be friends.

  3. Huck and Jim seem like they have grown really close. They do everything together, and im sure they will never forget each other, or their journey together! It makes you think about the relationship with your own friends and how much you care about them. Atleast thats what i think!

  4. I think that Huck and Poe has created somewhat of a second family with the two of them. I think Jim is that father fiqure that Poe hasn't really had before, with his father been a drunk and child beater and all. They look after each other like father and son. Jim tries to teach Huck life lessons and Huck listens. But i do agree if they do go back things would not be the same. Jim is a slave which mean he is considered less than human. At least at the island their both equal.
