Will it come to pass???

When Jim and Huck first explored jackson's island Huck found a snake skin. jim informed huck that that was bad luck. Now it seems like everytime somethuing bad or misfortunate happens they blame it on the snake skin. so it is left to wonder will they come to believe that god is the one who plans all or beleive in luck the whole book>

    THe superstisions and the belief in luck plays a major role in how both Jim and Huck act to certain situations. I personally hope they keep bein superstitious

    Well, I don't think they have been taught to believe any other way, except when Huck was living with the widow (but he didn't understand it), than in luck. Its also easier to find something to blame for bad luck, like the snake skin, than to take responsibility for their actions.
