Huck encounters some river men to ask for some help. At this point Huck has the opprotunitiy to turn Jim in or not. He is hesitant on making this decision. Turning Jim in, is what Huck thinks is the right thing to do and that is what sociaty has taught him to think. Where on the other hand, he has this gut feeling that he shouldn't turn Jim in because that freedom is what Jim wants the MOST and it just seems right! Huck ends up not telling the men. I think Huck will be thankful that he did this in the end!
Yea that had to be a tough decision because he grew up thinking that black men were meant to be slaves but in the end after getting to know Jim he decided that it was not right and made he decision which i think was a great one.
