Clever?

Once again Huck has someone looking out for him. When Huck first met Mrs. Judith Loftus he was dressed as a girl, he wanted to talk to someone about what was going on in town and to find out what his father was up to without getting caught. The problem was that he did not do a very good job of hiding his true identity. Mrs. Loftus used different clever tactics that prove that Huck was not who he was saying to be. Even though she did figure out who that Tuck was not a girl and that he was lying about his name both times she never did press the issue instead she sent him on his way with food and offer to help him in anyway she can.
